This next device is something I've been using for years and years and still can't get enough of... a high frequency therapy machine. One of the best things I ever did was switch to a silk pillowcase! Every night I was getting so irritated of feeling like all my skin products that I applied during my nighttime routine was getting wiped off and absorbed by my pillow. Lastly, this gold beauty has been such a lovely tool I've been using over the last few months. Facial massage is proven to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles, reduce lymph and contour the face, and just feels incredible at the end of the day.
